Gail asks about special dietary requirements at this time and offers to arrange local accommodation or taxis if required, at the same time finding out whether the meal is for a special celebration, as we can provide additional table decorations or a bespoke flower arrangement
If you have any concerns please mention this at the time of booking and we will do everything we can to ensure your perfect visit.
Free parking is available within a short walking distance; spaces are in Fore Street, New Road and at the lower end of Church St. There are two free car parks less than 2 minutes walk away, entrances are in New Road.
It is possible to drop off and collect guests at the front door should anyone prefer not to walk from and to the car park. Taxis always drop off and collect from the front door. The front door opens inwards and has a clear width of 78 cm and a small step of 6.5cm. The lounge bar area and the dining area are accessed via the front entrance. The wooden floor is wheel chair friendly and the comfortable sofas can be arranged to accommodate wheel chairs or walking aids. There is one small slope leading to the dining area, which is carpeted throughout.
We have a good working relationship with several local taxi firms and always offer to arrange transport for the evening if required. Six of the taxi companies have vehicles which can transport up to 6 or 8 passengers, which is ideal if you are a group travelling together.
The following local taxi firms work regularly with us, which enables some flexibility on return collection time, as Gail liaises direct with the drivers to arrange pick up times.
